Hello Havenites!
The event is now officially over, which means that the good Dr. Kite has taken all the data that he needs from his specimens and the Yao employees have, with various stages of success and betrayal, managed to carry out their duties. There is an IC mingle log here to mark the end of the event. All players still involved in ongoing specimen logs can be assured they will continue to be backtagged until they are done - however, if you would like to know the conclusion while backtagging, in order to keep tagging new things, just PM the moderator and final consequences can be divulged.
Not all employees did their duties to the best of their abilities, in fact, some were outright traitors to the Corporation. Some of these characters will be taken to task privately but one, Aoi Miyoshi, was too blatant a traitor simply to discipline. As you can see by the log, he has now been permanently killed (or so the residents will be led to believe) for his actions, and his rotting corpse will remain on display until it is buried/burned/otherwise disposed of by the residents.
Dr. Kite encourages all residents in the containment field to work with the Yao Corporation, for only together are we all safe. However, residents are completely free to ignore him, and plotting to bring everything down is still more than welcome. After all, what's the worst that can happen in the coming months when the Uzumaki makes itself known...?
