hello haven!! I'm Dessi, and I'm bringing the personification of England from Hetalia to this game. I'm really excited to be here! England's application is here if you'd like to read over it. Also, there's an HMD/contact page in a hanging post right at the top of his journal.

A few words about him: The "canon point" I've taken him from is Christmas Day 2012. He's a complete arse and trust me, he's well aware of it. Arthur's got a complex personality though and I absolutely LOVE all kinds of ridiculous CR. He has a lot to offer and I try to be open-minded about plotting. C:
