Greetings Haven! Fresh meat over here named Blanche bringing along Nobuchika Ginoza of the Psycho-Pass fame for a bit of a nightmare ride. EDIT BECAUSE I FORGOT: he'll be housed in #4.001. :')
He's grumpy, stuck-up, with something of a temper from hell.Also tsundere. And he's here to keep Kogami and Kagari in line. :') What with being an inspector et all. Nevermind that the Dominator is a useless piece of metal right now.
