+1 creepy doctor and one radioactive girl

Hello Haven! I'm Gingey and I'm bringing you Shinra Kishitani from Durarara!! and Jenny Takeda/Hazmat from Marvel Comics.

Shinra's a creepy loser who works illegally as a doctor, mostly for gangsters and the occasional supernatural creatures. He loves anything biologically unusual and is completely obsessed with the love of his life, an irish headless fairy he vivisected her he was four years old. He's actually pretty friendly, though...despite being a shut-in with only two friends. Who happen to be Izaya Orihara and Shizuo Heiwajima. He'll be living in aparment #1.007 with Katniss.

Jenny on the other hand is what happens when a slightly spoiled teenaged girl suddenly becomes radioactive and loses everything. Her body can produce a wide variety of harmful substances, so when she threatens to give you cancer or sterilize you? Yeah, she can actually do that. Unfortunately this also means that being in a room with her unprotected can kill you, so she has to wear a hazmat suit at all times. Jenny's a member of the superhero team/high school Avengers Academy, but her morals are a little questionable sometimes, seeing as she does things like breaking into Norman Osborn's cell in supervillain jail to try and kill him. She's also a sarcastic, surly little thing with massive anger issues and kicks giant rock men in the (non-existent) balls:

She'll be living in aparment #2.006 with Toboe, Loki, and Nathan Seymour.
