'Sup Haven. So this is more or less a heads-up thing, but Gilbert-mun and I got together and thought since Haven North trips have been a thing in-game lately, that instead of trying to tackle a log or single thread or whatever, that we'd make one big mingle post for it for whoever wants to hop in and thread out having their characters go there. We're handwaving Gilbert making an announcement for the trip, to spare everyone Yet Another Post about going, but basically a few days before it anyone's free to assume they saw the message to prepare to go, etc.

I'm aiming to post this next Wednesday, on the 6th, so it doesn't conflict with the intro log or anything (though since I tend to run on a moontimer schedule, it may be very late on the 6th or very early on the 7th by American timezone standards, technicalities!! ALSO YOU DID NOT SEE ME MIX UP DATES, SHHHH). It's not really an event or anything like that so much as it is an open post that we encourage mingling and threadjacking in.

SO YEAH basically, while Gilbert and by some extent Mikoto would be organizing the thing, we just want to give whoever wants to jump in a chance to thread this out without getting bogged down by a three/four/five/whatevermanycharacters thread, so mingle log it is. It'll be set up by sections ("the trip there", "at haven north", "the trip back", kinda like that) so it's not a huge mess of threads everywhere, either.

Pretty simple stuff, but if anyone's got questions or comments or if I'm forgetting anything, I'm open to 'em!

You mean like help leading the thing? I'm not sure if I'm parsing that right, sorry, but if so I don't see why not, especially if a bigger group of characters comes along.

Yeah others who've made the trip and can handle the stuff there, or any fighting type characters willing to tag along to help contribute. Guess we'll see the size, thanks for the reply!

Ooh yeah, definitely! Since anyone's welcome to come along, I imagine it might mostly be those types (Iiii don't think it would be encouraged for those who couldn't to take the trip icly, but honestly oocly I won't say no), anyway. Anything that the characters think would make the way there smoother is totally fine.

Pretty much! Like I mentioned, we're handwaving an IC announcement happening a few days prior, since there's already been a bunch of posts happening regarding Haven North and it's not entirely necessary to thread it all out and stuff. Since it seemed more likely that Gilbert would make it, you're free to assume your character heard about going from him.
