Hello everyone! I'm Celes and I'm bringing you all one of the cockiest jerks you'll probably ever meet: RED Scout from Team Fortress 2. I played him at Mayfield for a little while but he won't be retaining any history from there or anything. He will be staying at Apartment #1.002.
