Hello Haven, another newbie here! I'm Hati and I'm here to bring you Doug from D.Gray-Man. If you've never heard of him, it's because he's from The 49th Name novel (his canon point being near the end of it) which you can read on his journal here. He's a small key figure in Lavi's past and one of the many Finders of the Black Order (aka a normal, non-powered person that travels the world to gather information and also acts as cannon fodder.) The only thing really special about him is his uncanny ability to read people. He's generally polite and reserved, but not so secretly a total bleeding heart and will die for you.

He'll be staying at #4.003. HI ROOMIES.
