hi there, haven! my name is anya, and am i ever excited to return to haven even though i'm bringing along a character that might be so agreeable! this is elizabeth, the heroine of bioshock infinite who has lived the vast majority of her life trapped in a giant tower in the heart of a flying city, with only a giant mechanical bird to call a friend and books to help her pass the time. this changes when useless princess booker dewitt literally drops in to her life, busts her out and they begin quite the adventure to escape columbia.

there is also that whole deal with opening holes in the space time. basically, elizabeth is able to open these tears to reveal alternate worlds filled by objects and events that do not exist in the world she occupies. these things can be as simple as a cup of tea being replaced by coffee, or something more such a person dead in one world being alive in another. more or less, she can exploit them and reach into these worlds and bring different things into world she is in. in her own words, it's a sort of wish fulfillment for her.

within the game, she will not be able to actually mess with haven itself but what she will be able to do is open small tears into her world and the worlds of characters present in-game. once i work out the finer details, i'll have a permission post go up for what worlds she can open up tears too.
