Hey Haven, this is Spazzy bringing in a kill-joy, abrasive immortal from the series Baccano!.
Victor Talbot is an FBI agent. He specializes in keeping track of his fellow immortals. He has a strong sense of duty. He also is a jerk who rants and curses a lot.
Oh, and he's also a crazy immortal from a series about crazy people, some of which are immortal.
Things of note:
- He curses, a lot.
- He will do what he thinks is right, and fuck the consequences.
- He was once part of a harem, he has never loved anyone as much as he loved the girl who owned said harem.
- He's probably crazy.
He's stuck with thepoor saps good souls over at apartment #3.008.
