Sup, Haven! I'm Sam, I'm new, and I've been hearing really awesome things about this game for what seems like forever. No pressure.
I'll be playing Hajime Saitou from Hakuouki, possibly known to some as "The Boshin War Was Really Cool But You Know What Would Make It Even Better? Vampires."
He is indeed based on the historical Hajime Saitou of the Shinsengumi (but prettier and kind of a secret dork and also, y'know, vampires), so if your character would recognize the name I am quite fine with historical fourth-walling. He comes across as a pretty cool, serious, super-responsible type - which he is, but he also has a secret inner moe marshmallow side, if you dig hard enough. Or put a cat in front of him. w/e.
He's rooming in #3.001!
