I hope you're happy, Haven, you've made me cry actual tears.
This evening at 7pm EST sharp, the moderator account received a gift of 897 points with the following anonymous message:
And so this post is for you, the Community of Haven, to thank you in return.
If you were involved with donating points (because I can't believe that many would come from one person), or commenting on that post. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The comments left there (and drawings) were so wonderful and touching that I'm still crying as I write this. It was such a surprise, and it came from nowhere, and you are all fiendishly good planners to do this without me finding out!
And even if you weren't involved in donating points or commenting on that page, thank you. Because every single one of you are the reason that I love moderating so much. I couldn't ask for a playerbase more enthusiastic about participating in plots, welcoming new players, and generally getting involved with the murder and mayhem on every level. I am always amazed whenever I see all the plotting go on, whenever my utterly fabulous helpers rally around to offer support and do their jobs wonderfully, and seeing the enjoyment of things makes it all worthwhile. This game is only 50% organization, lists, and planning - the rest is you guys, and there wouldn't be a game to run without you.
I'm going to stop here because I'm repeating myself and I don't have words to adequately say how much this has touched me, and how grateful I am to each and every one of you.
