Event end shenanigans
Okie dokes. So after his run in with Kite Helios is gonna be possessed by the portion of the evil god affixed to his soul. This god is known as Apep the Egyptian god of chaos, darkness, destruction. He'll be around for a period of 72 hours so from Friday-Sunday. He's cognizant of what he does and he's kinda a bastard that just like torturing and tormenting people he knows are close to Helios. A lot of his CR is new here so I'm not sure if anyone would want to do anything with that but if not that is totally fine! Basically he'll probably just destroy stuff and with mod permission he'll be able to summon 10 of his own creatures to help aid in his havoc.
What I would like to know before I put the log up is if anyone would want to fight/engage in fights with him. He's stronger at night and he has some pretty hefty powers at his disposal ie: all of Helios' spells + his own powers. His powers consist of making shadow monsters/snakes/creatures. He's also able to blanket a small portion of an area in complete darkness. Also he's good at hypnotizing people as well, which comes to play in this other power. Since he is a god of destruction/evil/chaos he has some influence over people with said mindset or who are prone to committing acts of destruction and such. Opting out of this is totally fine if you don't want your character causing havoc in the name of Apep. It doesn't have to come into play if no one wants to do that type of thing either. I figure I just throw it out there if people wanted to work with that and have their own characters go off and do some stuff apart from this. Said influence will completely dissipate after Apep is resealed on Sunday and Helios goes back to normal.
As for his main weaknesses they're mainly light, and fire based magic spells. Your dudes, if they're familiar with Egyptian mythos, can even make pictures or models of Apep and burn or cut them and hurt him that way.Though honestly that might just piss him off.
He's also not very subtle with his possession so Helios will literally have a giant phantom snake stretching out of/around his body for the 3 days he's possessed. Also his eyes will be pitch black with red irises. SO YEAH IT'S NOTICEABLE. If anyone's got any question I am more than happy to answer them here before I get the log up and running~
