+1 asshole space pirate chef

Hotaru here, bringing in a new asshole that's a space pirate and a fantastic chef - that's the guy in the picture, not the space monkey. He's called Basco ta Jolokia (yep he's named after both tabasco and the jolokia fruit) from the Super Sentai series Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger. He's one of the villians and has a tendency to betray people without remorse, if he feels like he can gain something from it. He also knows how to trick people, and won't care what means he have to use to reach his ends.

He'll be living in 25.3 and he'll be interested in joining Yao sometime along the line.
