hi haven!! this is juli, ( armin arlert ) introducing my second character: river tam from firefly. because obviously, a place like haven is the best setting for a highly unstable, highly traumatized girl. this is absolutely a sound decision. for those of you who aren't canon familiar, river is a child prodigy who was experimented on by a futuristic dystopian government in order to produce the perfect weapon. she's also telepathic, though her abilities are often tampered with by her deteriorating mental stability. i have a permissions post HERE for her mind reading, and if you wouldn't mind filling it out that would be incredibly helpful!
