Yoooo how's everybody doing? I'm Kai and I'm bringing in this loser.

His name's Roy Harper but he mostly goes by Speedy and he's a superhero. He doesn't have powers, though, like Batman. Only he's not Batman. Or Robin, do not. call him Robin. He uses a bow and supercharged arrows, of which he'll only have a limited supply here so he'll have to use them very conservatively until he figures out a way to make new ones.

I pull from comic book canon for him, and he's already gotten past the junkie phase of his life, for those who are familiar with the character. So he and Ollie are on the outs and he covers up his scars with his fingerless gloves.

He can be found in apartment 9.3!
