Hi Haven! I'm Alex and I'm fresh meat bringing in Teitoku Kakine from a ridiculous light novel series called To Aru Majutsu no Index. He's also a CR AU from a_facility, which doesn't change him much besides being simultaneously more jaded and slightly more open minded (somehow). He's an unapologetic asshole who has the power to create and control Dark Matter, which he is very proud of and keen to use on people he thinks deserve a beating. He doesn't always get away with it or get out of it without a severed limb, however, so he's learned to not charge into fights quite as much. ...Somewhat.

I'm only at volume 6 of Index but my friend loves throwing spoilers at me so I know of Kakine and he seems badass ok

Kakine is so totally badass man except for when he talks too big and falls flat on his face which is also 75% of the time
