Fail intro aside: hiiiiiii! Introducing Cesare Borgia of Cesarepainful obscurity fame , along with my really outdated vintage arsenal of terrible LEGO jokes. He is sixteen and barely earning his doctorate, so not quite as battle/politics tried as he could be, but! Have no fear, his inner manipulative evil overlord sparkles on, all the same.
