It's Cass (Tarrlok-mun) here, bringing in Vaas Montenegro from Far Cry 3. He's a pirate, but not the kind that goes on high seas adventures looking for buried treasure. The modern-day kind that will sell you into slavery or just shoot you. He might seem like a fun guy, but he's a huge sadist and his definition of fun includes mayhem and torture. He's been put in apartment #4.007, but thankfully for the other inhabitants he won't be spending a lot of time there because he needs his personal space.

I'm so excited to see Vaas in Haven. No lie. After playing through Far Cry 3, he quickly became one of my favorite characters. He's so fucking crazy, and it's beautiful.
