Hello, Haven.
This is Dan, bringing in Trafalgar Law from the Japanese comic called One Piece. Law is a Pirate Warlord who earned his title by delivering a hundred still-beating hearts to the World Government. He uses a nifty Devil Fruit power which lets him dissect people and control matter as if it's on an Operating Table for him. Admittedly, I'm not sure if Operating Rooms are renowned for random teleportation. Whatever!
I brought him in because he's kind of a twisted soul who got the title 'Surgeon of Death' for his cruelty in his rookie years as a pirate. Law is the Captain of the Heart Pirates and a former subordinate of a crazy bird named Doflamingo, who is seriously addicted to feathery boas. This guy will be referring to everyone he meets fairly respectfully, with the addition that he'll add '-ya' to the end of their name. It's just a nifty quirk of his.
He's also a doctor and uses his ability to make treatment considerably easier, if anyone cares! Otherwise, he's kind of a scheming keikaku doori who seems to enjoy watching others fight for supremacy while he swoops in to pick up the pieces.
