Hello, Haven! I am a Matty bringing to you a new character (and it's really fitting considering who I'm posting directly after).
This is Yukiteru Amano, from Mirai Nikki (aka Future Diary) - Kattu already explained it but yeah it's basically Battle Royale meets some magical phones telling the future, and shit. Winner becomes God. Yukki also gets the added benefit of having someone who's insanely obsessed over him using it to keep track of him, too! ... among other things. He's also, at his canon point, no longer the straight man - he's more sane than Yuno, but that's not saying all that much.
Yukki will be in Apartment 1.003 and I'm so sorry for the people who share with him and Yuno.
