I am playing Hei from Darker Than Black and I believe he's in apartment #1.003. He's a cold, calculating assassin who lies, backstabs and kills all for the sake of self-preservation. He is known by many titles like BK-201 and the "Black Reaper", infamous for being one of the most powerful Contractors, a type of human with special abilities who only pays attention to logic. His power is molecular/electricity manipulation.

I don't really have much to say about him other than the fact that he will be parading around under the alias "Li Shenshung", the kind but timid Chinese exchange student. This is the name he'll be introducing himself with unless you've proven to be a proper threat to him... then he'll put on his big boy pants and threaten you or something.
BUT PSHHH, THAT'S JUST A TECHNICALITY. LOOK AT THIS FACE, HE WOULDN'T HURT A FLY, I PROMISE.
He would hurt so many flies.
