Hello Haven! My name is Raine and I am fresh meat here!

With me I bring Shinya Kougami, a character from a dystopian future police anime called Psycho-Pass. In this series, everyone's mental health is counted like we count our calories, and people who have a number too high are shamed by society and put in isolation. Or in Kougami's case, allowed outside because his job is to hunt down people like himself.

Basically, he needs to hunt down people who are criminals, or have the psychology of one. But because his Psycho-Pass is too high, he's not treated like a human, rather a 'hunting dog'. And that's kind of how he sees himself, too. However, he is insanely smart and educated, so he's definitely not one to look down upon. Give him the chance, he'll show you his skills. Also like a dog, he can be loyal and friendly. It just takes time. Maybe.

He'll be living in Apartment #1.007. Hope you guys like the smell of cigarette smoke, because he really doesn't care where he lights up, and telling him to stop smoking is something he won't do because he actually has a very sentimental reason why he smokes so... Hope you guys like the smell of cigarette smoke...

hello hello, welcome to the game! i'm aki and i play charles from blood+ and one of shinya's roommates, gilbert nightray from pandora hearts! he smokes too so no worries there LMAO BUT he'll be getting on his case about at least smoking by the window since he gets super fretful about second-hand smoke like a worrywart champ.... that's going to be fun

Hahahaha, maybe he can be trained to smoke near the window, but yeah, he's pretty inconsiderate when it comes to his cigs. In the car, in the workplace, right next to one of his superiors who even waves his smoke off as he lights up...
