This is Fran, from FFXII. She is a viera! Which means she's stupidly tall (6'2" without the ears) and has.. yeah, rabbit ears. If you're unfamiliar with Final Fantasy and that particular race, which are unique to Ivalice, you can look at some pictures and stuff on Fran's journal.
