Hi, my name is Cass and I'm new to Haven. I'll be bringing in Tarrlok from Legend of Korra. He's a smug, power-hungry politician who also happens to have a bunch of hidden issues stemming from his terrible childhood with a father who trained him in a pretty awful forbidden ability. He's coming in from early on in episode 8, just after he gets control of the police force. He'll be in apartment 3.002.
