Hello and good day!
This is Hotaru, mun of Mu Alexius, (you know that giant red-head who gets along with most), bringing in his second character! This guy here is Chouza Habaki, from a manga about lying, treesure hunting, and more lying, also known as Itsuwaribito. He'll be staying in room #1.004, so an extra nice to meet you/meet you again to his new roomies, you have a grumpy-ish tsukkomi/tsundere-ish-type to live with now.
As it may be, several characters may already have metstupid incarnated Uzume, and rest assured that Chouza will try to get him to sharpen up. Not that he'll succeed, but at least now there is someone around to correct Uzume when he mistakes words. Because Chouza is Uzume's (and everyone in canon) voice of reason. He's clever, but not the most clever of them all. Not the strongest either, but his poisons can do their work pretty well.
He also has trauma from his childhood, and thus can't let people see the tattoos that he has. He'll freeze up, and he's threatened to kill even precious Uzume if he goes around pulling up his bangs. Not that Uzume knows this here, since they're taken from complete different points of canon.
