Hello Haven! This is Katy (player of Mikasa Ackerman) bringing in Bart Allen from Young Justice. The TV show, not the awesome comic version. He wears a skintight suit and calls himself Impulse! Secret superhero identity and all that.
HE'S. UH. Very talkative, kind of ridiculous, will definitely steal your stuff in the name of "scavengers rights" and is incredibly fast. Like, fast enough to defy gravity. That kind of fast.
