First-floor work party!

Hey guys!

I'd like to do a Kon-post and log/mingle about this tomorrow, organising a group effort to patch up the first floor of the apartments some. Before I do, however, I wanted to check in that there wasn't already plans underway for that, and especially get some feedback onto what has been done and needs to be done.

Basically I am thinking we will have characters out scouting for supplies to use fixing the apartment block up (planks, wood, tools, nails, all scavenged from uninhabited buildings), characters getting rid of the rubble and debris, sweeping it up and carting away the broken rock, etc, and finally characters doing the actual repairs. The mod word was "Characters can do anything they want to patch up the holes, as long as it's ICly feasible." So you know, let's get feasible.

Any objections? Suggestions? Were you planning on doing exactly this? Please get in touch here!

I think this is a great idea and I'll look forward to the log.

Both of my characters live on the first floor so they'll definitely step up to help. I think Spain will be more inclined to help clean and do repairs while Percy would go out and scavenge for supplies.

Travis would definitely help! ...but only if someone told him off about flouncing off to crash with a friend, or gave him a reason to help, hahahaha. /)_(\ taking volunteers to scold him now?!

He'd honestly be more partial to working with his hands and doing the repairs themselves, but he could be bullied into doing any part of the process. (With minimal whining.)

Rin would be glad to help out if only because she needs the distraction. She can repair the state of some objects (like glass windows) with the power of Magecraft as well as possibly organize people? She won't help out much with the actual clean up, but hey repairs!

Luna doesn't know much about building things, but she'd be happy to help with the heavy lifting!

Charles and Gilbert will both be helping out with the effort! Gilbert moreso though, he'll be cleaning out rubble, sweeping things, dusting and tidying after repairs are made, carrying out larger pieces of rubble and bringing back supplies to fix holes etc! he can also help anyone who needs super hot fire to weld anything. Charles... will be fixing up room 1.006 only lmfao.....

Shizuo could also do a lot of the heavy lifting too, including ripping supplies out from other buildings. Also he had a short period working for various different people, so there's a couple of basics for repairs that he knows. So you got a strong handyman to add to the list.

He will be useful when not accidentally breaking things in the attempt to help out.

Touko's a creator/builder by nature, she can probably help refine finer materials/maybe even help with rerouting/wiring electricity and all the nitty gritty inside the walls if anything's been damaged to that degree. She's got nothing better to do, but if she gets bribed, she'll make an effort to do more. That said she only produces quality work, so any part of the apartment she works on will be solid. DON'T EXPECT HEAVY LIFTING THO, but if you need planning/designing/tweaks made/smaller details hammered out, she's your gal.

Ciel will be super busy checking up on a lot of people who are not doing so hot for one reason or another immediately post-event, but since she's living on the first floor now too, she'll help with overall construction whenever she finds time (and isn't passed out for her weekly 8 hours powernap, it's a nap because it's supposed to last her the whole week). Priority goes to 1.006, but expect to see her often. She'll also start bringing baked sweet and food to frequent workers usually seen on the first floor, so huzzah for support? /o/

I AM SO LATE but. Eugeo already somehow became Charles' first floor janitor from day one of getting back (sobs), he's just been doing some lifting so far but he'll literally go anywhere people tell him too lmao.
