It depends. A normal (read: Happy and full of friendship) magical girl would at worst just be forced out of their transformation since they are still human. Since the magical girls from her canon are the moe equivalent of a Lich, Imagine Breaker would probably cut the connection between their body and their soul gem. It would induce the same effect as having their soul gem being separated from their body by a great distance. The effect would only take place when he's touching them. As soon as he lets go, they would be back to normal. Imagine Breaker would only kill them if he directly touched their soul gem.
