Second surprise post!
This is just a small announcement with the (hopeful) solution to something that's bothered a few people in the past. Occasionally our posts hit 5000 comments, which is amazing, but it means that CAPTCHA turns on, and there's no way to turn it off again.
In order to remedy this, I have set up a catch-all overflow post. The instructions for using it are on the page itself, which will remain sticky at the top of the logs community for ease of finding it. I have also added it to the Rules and FAQ page so new members will immediately see it.
I hope this solution works well for you all, but if you have any comments, questions, or concerns then you are welcome to bring them to me here.
