This is Wisely from D.Gray-man! He is a Noah/villain and kind of a little shit. Read: that thing on his forehead is actually a set of eyeballs and he can read minds and things with it. Because of that, I have a permissions post that I would love for you to fill out! He can read thoughts but also do some damage so. I apologize for the layout ugliness for now ... and lack of icons. I'm on vacation and no one icons him lmfao. On that note, November is a slow month for me.
