Hello, Haven! I'm Lycoris, completely new to this place, and I bring you Jin Kisaragi from BlazBlue! He's a cynical sociopath on his good days and a homicidal psycho on bad ones, though he's been working on the latter lately. Sort of. He can also control ice thanks to his sword, which used to make him go crazy, but since he comes from post-true end of Continuum Shift, he's got it under control. probably. He'll be living in #6.004 (I'm sorry, roommates)!
