roomie coordination post!

So with the apartments moving steadily into disarray with the consequences of this event, I thought an ooc plotting post might be useful for those of us who don't have everyone they're interested in plotting with on AIM/plurk/etc! AND it could get some unexpected CR rolling too-- with some places getting ruined there'll be strangers having to bunk and/or camp outside with strangers!

Is your apartment a mess? Is it just fine, and is your character taking folks in? Have you ICly salvaged lots of food/supplies/etc you're willing to share-- or do you need help moving your stuff out? Plot on, friends!

I'll be making subthreads for each floor for convenience, but aside from that, go nuts!

WELP Room 1.007 what are your plans? Yuuki can help protect and keep their room intact for as long as needed, but I wonder what all her roommate are planning on doing? Or if they need to take in more people?

Asuka is going to pretty much take charge ( Yeah, she had already taken up the responsibility and elected herself as party leader. ) and come up with a bulletproof safety plan.

She's gonna barricade the apartment door with wood, nails and furniture and use the windows as the main entrance. This way, if/when the plants reach the first floor, her room will have enough time to exit, unharmed.

pros: you'll be safe

cons: you're going to have to deal with Asuka.

Tyki already thinks the room is overcrowded. He won't lift a finger to help unless it benefits him in some way or seems to be something fun to do. Just don't disturb him while he's napping. Being nearly invincible, he'll push his weight around if he feels like it. I can say though that if the plants get in the way he might actually do something about that as long as he has his powers.

There will be no changes in Uzume sleeing in Chouza's bed. Though Uzume was absent for a couple of days due to Chouza avoiding him but with things are being sorted out, it'll be back to normal with an even more clingy Uzume.
And he'll help if Uzume decides to help otherwise he won't bother, unless he likes you.

despite the fact that this room is basically full, donnel is going to take advantage of them having the least damage, being on the first floor and all, and offer literally everybody he sees if they need a place to stay. sorry roomies!

but he'll probably offer his bed to someone and try to make makeshift beds on the floor or something if it comes to that... and he'll also probably go as far as getting food for people who stay! what a nice guy, right?!

Currently, Rabbit doesn't use his bed, so there is at least one bed ready for some cutie to be tucked into. But, be warned, your characters will likely wake up to him a few inches away from their face, staring like a creeper. How the heck have his roomies not dismantled him yet?

I think the second floor should be okay for awhile? Though Noire will definitely be inspecting every nook and cranny and raising the alarm if she's greeted by any plants that aren't Crona's killer thing with teeth.

She'd be all for taking more people in, though.

I have no idea what is happening to my apartment but Ritsuka sure as heck doesn't want to stay near any of those vines! And considering they're working their way through floor 6 I think it's safe to say he might be high tailing it to another floor eventually.

Especially if his roommates move too.

corpse guy is gonna grab his friends and go with them to look for another place of living. yes that includes you, D, since the plants seem hostile even to you, and Zed doesn't want to drain them of life because of D. (Unless a woman is in peril and he finds them) He would have been great help otherwise in keeping the floor habitable a little while longer. Zed fails at priorities.

He'll offer Rita and Rin to come with finding a place, too, because he likes them. Sorry Tetsu-kun, you're loud.
