One Artist slipping in
Hello,
This is Sai. He's kind of weird, kind of cute, and kind of creepy.
He's a bit of an artist type and uses his ninja skills to bring his drawings to life, hence the weird quirks you'll see sprinkled here and there. He likes meeting new people and tends to try and befriend most of them using his trustworthy "How-to" books. All that great advice, and yet, its utterly useless in his hands, but he tries at least! Hence the cute. Still, there's no making up for being emotionally and socially inept. He tends to give mechanical reactions, or worse yet, rehearsed ones like his fake smiles that range from kind-of-off to kind-of-creepy.
Sai is rooming in apartment 5.006. He would try and make friends with his roommates. However, he can also keep to himself if you'd prefer to skip a run in with him. Now I'm curious about how differently their CR may go here with the different setting and Loki being from a less convenient canon point than over at Ads where he literally has no worries in the world~

So... they're basically homeless. Well, that's a nice to know. I guess they'll have to camp out or convince some poor stranger to take them in. Sai will most likely camp out - strange new place and all. He won't really trust anyone there.
