Event Sign-Ups

As a few of the characters may know, a drunk and angry man appeared a few days ago. He accused the characters of being involved in the disappearance of his sister, and a few of the more heroic (or foolish) souls agreed to help.

On Monday 19th November the subway tunnels will open for those who agreed to help out. The expedition will form the bulk of the event and will contain both psychological and physical horror, it may also contain scenes of a disturbing medical nature.

As not every player and/or character will want to take part in this expedition, there will be things to do for those who stay behind. These will be more physical/fighting trials for those left behind, with monsters from a variety of worlds, although severe injury and death may still occur. Anyone wishing to opt-out entirely can barricade themselves within the apartment building and remain safe.

The main plot-line for the event in the subway station will be run by myself (havenmods), and the events for any characters staying behind will be run by my amazing helper mod, Furu (havenhelp).

Sign ups are for those wanting to go on the expedition through the tunnels to rescue Jessica. If you have more than one character, please only sign up one. Sign ups will remain open until 7PM EST, Friday 16th November, with a detailed run-down of the event at 7PM EST the day after.

Soooo... I know I have been spamming you guys a lot on the comm already, but when I get home tonight, I was going to toss up a post with Margot maybe trying to lead the homestead, if you all are cool with that?

Basically, try to figure out who can do what, who can heal, how many kids/injured there are going to be, and possibly fortifying the apartment block or some other location as a safe house type thing in case of the inevitable attack.

Lisa's a nurse so she can help with any first aid, plus fortifications that are done.

I'd actually like for Damon to get involved in something while he stays behind. He's not going to run rampant and kill everyone, but perhaps giving him a reason to want to protect his lunch group he's stuck with might be something to work on. Always up for both good and bad cr with him.

I would like someone to discover that Monts has a demon in her body during the course of this event! She'll probably be caught unawares by the monsters and while she might be able to fight a good number off, being by herself will get her inevitably mauled and injured. So someone to haul her out of the fray so she could heal up afterwards would be awesome :|a

Lisa will be around helping out however she can. Monsters showing up could be a little bsod for her so any support would be great. Also willing to let her die for this one, so again if anyone wants to be involved there just let me know.

Cousland will also stay behind due to her leg injuries at the convenience store. She will be more than happy to kick around a few monsters if she finds any, though. :>

izumo will be staying behind for this plot!! she's still a little shaken from both the hospital and the convenience store thing.

LITTLE DOES SHE KNOW staying behind will just land her just as much trauma. |D;;; but please, i'd love to plot anything out! :D

So. Um. Anyone wanna be walking with Kida on the way to the subway tunnel when he is suddenly PARALYZED BY FEAR because it's too close to the convenience store and thus stays behind?

Izaya will be here if anyone wants to plot anything out!! He's highly unlikely to be out fighting monsters however, not unless someone manages to drag him out for some reason or he gets caught out when it happens.

Still...if you want to do something with him let me know!!

Tony will be around to help kick ass and take names, if need be. :|b He's kind of lame without a weapon but he's whip-smart and will help calculate what's going on and what actions to take.

Also if there is anything around that can function as a viable weapon he will use it to make a weapon and all our problems will be solved.

Both Maka and Soul will be staying behind, as they are a two person team. Obviously they will be able to kick a bunch of monster butt and the like, Soul being a weapon and all! So if anyone needs help/rescuing/wants to team up WHATEVER, just say the word and we can work something out.

Gary still doesn't believe some of the crazy things he hears about this place so it'd be kinda' helpful in moving his delusional butt along if he were to be attacked and rescued by someone.

SO YEAH if anyone wants to seriously bruise his ego and make him feel like dirt -- I mean save him then lemme know. \o\

Jake will be staying behind. He's only got scrap metal for a weapon but is pretty awesome at hand to hand. Back in his world, he fought a giant monster with his bare hands and won.

... If you want to help punch things in the face or something, sounds good. IT CAN BE A BONDING EXPERIENCE.

Still sort of new, but Ange's staying behind! She's not particularly powerful but honestly stubborn enough to try to take on at least one monster before giving up, but Senji will probably at least keep her ass out of trouble.. I'm all up for making new cr through plottings though!

Much as he'd like to charge head on into this adventure, Riku will be staying behind because someone has to keep his roommates in line he feels obligated to make sure the apartments and everyone staying back has some form of protection. So if anyone needs aid in a fight (he has offensive magic! and magical shields! and healing magic) he'll be a good help.

Brigitte will be staying behind on the grounds that a) she's new and has no idea what the heck is going on and b) will be slowly losing her grip on sanity, which should make this... ~fun~ to say the least. Anyone wanna bump into a slightly crazed pseudowerewolf?

Dahlia is staying behind, and she's relatively useless. But, if anyone wants to get fed to the monsters to save her, I would love to do it.

Claire (survivingvalkyrie) will be staying behind, currently I think she's going to be taking care of Hope when he heads back with Kida? That's what I think the plot is.

Elliot (knighting) will be staying as well, he'll try to help as he can. Once I intro him /faceinhands.

Leo foil will just have arrived and still be adjusting, so he'll be staying around, but he might be out looking for someone until he realizes her picture isn't on the phone.

As much as Kyouko wants to help with the rescue, the more wary Mami will be reigning her in. :x

Instead, she'll be doing what she does best-- fighting monsters. It's pretty much her job in canon, and she's got a magical spear to assist her. If you want to plot something with this spitfire red-head, I'd be totally down for it. \o
