havenooc | +1 kyoshi warrior (& chiblocker)

Hi, everyone! This is Lucy - I have Sonia Nevermind from Super Dangan Ronpa 2. And I am today bringing you Ty Lee from Avatar: the Last Airbender!

For those not in the know, she is a perky, cheerful former acrobat who is now a Kyoshi Warrior (wears facepaint as seen above and also a fancy pants green armor get up, uses fans to fight). She was also formerly a perky minion of evil, but that stopped being a thing a while ago. For those in the know, she's from post The Promise, one of the comics after the cartoon, so she's sixteen for her canon point, not fourteen. :0

Other things to know include the fact that she is a chiblocker, which means that she can block powers that require the flow of energy in the body (SUCH AS, OH, BENDING) or otherwise just give people noodle limbs. It wears off, but it makes her a pain in the ass to fight against in the series.
