hi there haven! it's jenn/kaworu's mun [loud groaning in the distance], and this is toto sakigami from deadman wonderland! he's from chapter 40ish — basically around when everyone decides they haven't had enough of deadman wonderland and are returning to mess up toto's funtime plans. it's a long story, ignore this.

 

toto is basically a creepy little turd, canonpoint not withstanding, with a few issues. he has a permissions post up, so feel free to let me know if you don't wanna play host to his nonsense. in the meantime, he'll be living in room #23.1.
