i'm rift, bringing you kagura mutsuki from blazblue: chrono phantasma. i'm new to haven, though i've played here a few times in the past.

amongst the extremely dysfunctional cast of characters that makes up blazblue, kagura is actually relatively normal. except for his penchant for committing borderline sex crimes, anyway... he's a high ranking military official in the blazblue universe, and one of the few characters who can probably uncategorically be described as a good guy.

he'll be chilling at apartment #23.1, mostly spending his days being a drunken slob since his assistant isn't around to keep him in line. otherwise, i look forward to playing with you all!
