Hello Havenites!
It's been a few days since the gardens collapsed into the underground room, and some characters have been working diligently to clear the corridor, meaning that it is now passable! This corridor leads directly into a room with no door, the room is small and completely empty. However, at the back of the room is another corridor, but this one does not look like it is part of the official structure. It has been blasted through and seems to be more like a tunnel dug from the earth, rather than a soundly built corridor.
This tunnel is long and will take two hours at a normal human walking speed to travel. A quarter of a way down the tunnel, characters will feel a resistance in the air, like an invisible wall. It will take a force of effort to get through, but it is possible. Please note, the longer a character has been resident in Haven, the greater the resistance to passing.
At the end of the tunnel, there is a room that is, again, more like a cave roughly hewn from the earth. It is approximately half a square mile in size, and contains a wild garden. There are no malevolent plants here, it is mostly ferns, moss, algae, and grasses. It seems like there are shafts of sunlight, but closer inspection reveals the roof of the cave to have glowing panels that emulate sunlight. There is a tiny pond at the base of the garden, only ankle deep and just over one meter in diameter. Powers are still at only 10% capacity within this area and the tunnel connecting the two areas.
There is a door at the other side, but this one is tightly locked and cannot be forced. It has seven keyholes and a fingerprint scanner, and seems to be made out of the same combination of wood, bones, and metals that the spiral door in the underground room was - this one, however, has no markings. Next to the door is a shelf cut from the wall with a torch, a length of rope, some candy wrappers, some empty and full tins of soup, a phone similar to the ones the characters own (out of power), a notebook with a pen (please see the IC post, and a rolled up sleeping bag.
