Jessica sometimes comes around Haven, so he could wait to speak with her. Alternatively, some of the characters took a phone from the underground room which has the numbers for Jonas (currently fielded by Jessica), Caroline, and Stefan. I'm not sure who has the phone at the moment, I believe Fujimaru, so he could try and get hold of that. Otherwise writing to Caroline is the only surefire way of contact currently.
