Convenience Store Raid - Groups/Plotting Post

Hey, guys, sorry for the delay. Here are the groups for the convenience store raid that will be happening on June 20th:


Convenience Store
These groups will be actually going into the store and attempting to find whatever Yao is hiding in there.

Pyramid Head
These groups will be in charge of distracting and drawing Pyramid Head away from the entrance while the store groups head in. They'll also be covering for anyone who makes it out of the store. Korra will be telling everyone in the PH group to disengage as soon as the store groups are in, since PH cannot be killed.

Pyramid Head Groups

Coordination attempt between the groups!

Maybe set up a distraction hit and run thing? Where one group hits first, then the next, then the last?

Wan is likely to try and drop PH into a hole in the ground, so Group 1 should maybe go last if we do the hit and run thing? If we can pull it off that PH is far enough away from the store by the time he gets dropped into the ground we might be able to set it up so he's not a danger for when they enter. Or not as much of a danger. Since he'll probably be able to get out somehow regardless.

Whoo, reuniting with Korra and Beast Boy for a group thing...and she'll get to meet Mikasa. Ty Lee will be going in with her Kyoshi Warrior get up on the grounds that there will be fighting and she is fore-warned. Also, if you don't have me on plurk feel free to add me @ lucylovespluto. c:

Most of them are raid veterans, I think? Zohra, at least, will be wanting to get an idea of what Izumo and Joel can do, because knowledge is power and all that. Especially if anything happens and team-killing becomes necessary, welp— I mean. /whistles

rock lee and shikamaru are both new! though shikamaru has a tendency to take point once he has the deets.

Whoo reunion party!!

Beast Boy will try to lead them the right way, which is almost certainly now the wrong way. He'll warn them in advance about illusions that you have to ignore no matter what they say or do, hallways where they need to pretend to be Kite, and spiral paths that hypnotize you.

if theres anything shikamaru needs to know sakura is of course happy to talk to him about it, but i doubt she knows anything that like... might prepare them for the convenience store. except maybe to say haven be crazy yo anything could happen, but thats not really helpful....


anyway after i thought about it a bit it'd probably be good to have lee for front line fighting, axl and shika in the middle because shadow justus/tactician and plasma blaster, and keep sakura in back for medical and just watching their backs in general.

if anyone thinks otherwise punch me, but thats what the skill sets seem to dictate

Also probably the part where as soon as they reach the other end if they reach it all they're gonna need to hide so they don't get shot.

Sounds good! Lee will be eager to keep up the front guard clearly this is something that will bode well for him.

Axl's an all rounder, since he can also transform into 8 other Reploids with different abilities. He can probably join Lee in the front occasionally, but is definitely better in the middle or back area.

I don't think Sakura will be much help to Axl if he sustains any damage, Shikamaru might want to take that into consideration!

But yeah, Keats as been through this stuff before, and he's definitely going to question what people can do BEFORE they get into the store. Because the last time he went, they all tried to kill each other. Fun times.

Well. Partly. Mostly he wants to see if this whole lot can damage or even beat PH without getting near that monster again himself.

You sure can get your heals from him. He knowledge in healing magic may not be great, but it's Asgardian healing magic, meant to heal dense Asgardian butts, so it should be more than enough to heal a little human.

Aside from that... You may be able to get a little enchantment out of him? Try him. He'd love to see PH getting a beating.

YES Izumo's done this before too, though he was...murdered by a keyblade that time gj. He's going to want to know of any special/supernatural abilities and all that's for sure, especially since he doesn't have any himself or are we all just a bunch of normal humans here

Joel is a first-timer to the convenience store! But he's got long experience with, uh, breaking into places and scavenging and stuff, so yeah! He's just a badass normal so don't hit him with any magic guys, gosh.
