good morning haven, i was here like a long time ago and now i'm back; my name is china and this is ken kaneki from tokyo ghoul.

first thing's first: he's a cannibal. let's get that out the way. for those of you unfamiliar with tokyo ghoul, the basic premise is that there are human-shaped monsters known as ghouls living among humans, and their only form of sustenance and nutrition just so happens to also be humans. however, kaneki is only half-ghoul, having been """accidentally""" transplanted with the organs of a ghoul after an accident.

so yeah, the only things he can consume without immediately vomiting are humans and... coffee...

anyway, aside from the whole having to eat humans to live thing, he's a pretty good kid. he loves to read and he's always down for a good mystery; he has a habit of trusting people as soon as he meets them and more often than not it gets him into shit, so he tries to be aware of it, but usually ends up just doing it anyway.
