MOD ANNOUNCEMENTS
Please note that death in game now comes with severe permanent effects. The death of a characters means that character must either be dropped, or soft-reset (this means losing all memories as if fresh from canon) and re-introduced at the next intro mingle log.

Reserves are now open after the anniversary event has come to a close, and applications will be returning to a monthly schedule from now on. There is also a test drive meme scheduled for Friday 3rd October, 7pm EST.

COMMUNAL PLOT CLUES
These plot clues are available to be found by anyone, and can be found by multiple characters.

-> Monsters are beginning to return to the subway tunnel now. There are still some deformed ones left, but all new monsters will be back to normal. - This clue can be found in the subway tunnels.

-> Any characters who die will not vanish. Their corpses will decompose naturally, and can be burned/buried/etc however remaining characters choose. - This clue can be found with any character deaths.

-> Well water will taste faintly of ashes, but this will cause no discernible problems. - This clue can be found at the well.

WEATHER
The weather was changed in August by Doctor Impossible and is now warm, maybe a little hotter around midday though not unmanageably so, but pleasantly cool in the evening/at night. Occasional rainstorms are still a thing, but they won't be torrential downpours any more, just light-to-moderate showers. If your character changes the weather, please comment here with the changes made. This means that if anyone wishes to know the current weather for posting purposes, they need only check the last comment made under that heading. This section will be included every month, so the header to check the current weather will always be sticky.

SMALL PLOT REQUESTS
This is the place to request any small player plot requests which do not change the game setting as a whole, and do not involve the whole playerbase. For player plots that are more involved, please still use the suggestions and player plots page. This section is for requesting smaller plots, such as a raid on the convenience store or a request to join the Yao Corporation, though not limited to these two things specifically. The header to request these is here.

LETTERS
If you would like to write further letters to Caroline, or any other NPC to be passed via Caroline, please leave them here, and replies will be made to your comment in this post. Caroline only visits the underground room sporadically, so there may be some wait between replies.

CONCERNS AND SUGGESTIONS
This is the place to let us know about any concerns you might have regarding the game itself. This is not the place to tell us about concerns you have with other players, or for major concerns, please use the screened Concerns Post for that. If you would like to leave a concern or suggestion, please try to be as detailed as possible so that we can properly understand and address the issue. This is also the place where you can let us know about any small mod mistakes; for example, typos in the information posts, or broken links anywhere, so that these can be fixed.

Been a long time since I've written to you. This fucking barrier doesn't get any easier to get through, and I'm sick of losing feeling in my legs every time I wanna correspond. But I figured this was important.

How are you guys doing over there, huh? Did you make it out okay? Pretty sure I owe you a drink some time in the future for what you did for us. For me. It wasn't that easy to go back, but I would gladly take free will and all the torment that goes with it than live out a cushy life as one of their pets. So, uh... thanks for that.

I saw your stellar acting on the prison tv by the way.

Too late, sorry kid. Everyone knows already, it's kinda hard to miss fireworks like that and we recovered the body for burial a few days ago.

I never got a chance to thank you properly for getting us out of that place. It was hell, in it's own way. Thanks. Call me if I'm ever needed.

Damn right it was hell, and a few more people could stand to mention how awesome I am for coming and pulling your bacon off the fire. Maybe spread it around, a National Caroline Day wouldn't be a bad thing.

If you can provide me the date of when you sprung us from there, I'll make sure to leave a light on when it comes around next year. I'll even put up banners.

Making a community garden in the 'center' of the Housing spiral, directly around the well.

Wan spent his time during the break out battle from Happy!Haven raiding the gardening store (handwaved because of my personal time restraints) but posted about his haul yesterday here. I didn't go overboard with what he got, but it's definitely enough to do some good for the community while they're stuck in Haven. Wan was originally suggesting more roof gardens like the one he already has, but one of the respondents (Kon-el) suggested a community garden project as well.

And the only place with good access to water is directly around the well.

I was wondering if it would be okay for Wan to:
1) earthbend the area around the well into garden plots/paving stone-style pathways (something similar to this, but filling most of the space between the well and the houses, maybe with paths from the doors to the well?)
2) spread the single 10lb bag of grass seed around so a grassy area will grow beyond the garden plots (Ammaterasu is willing to help speed the growth of anything planted by running over it, so it won't take long for it to take root if properly watered)
3) force the water flow of the well water to become more forceful/strong enough to fill the well near enough to the top that small irrigation lines could be created coming off of it. (this would be the most difficult part, but waterbenders are shown in Avatar: The Last Airbender to be able to do this with water that's deep in the ground)

These are three separate requests that are interrelated, but it's not a dealbreaker if one or two of them aren't able to be done. Thank you!

1 & 2 are fine, I have no problem with that.

However, the well water will actively resist being drawn out in any great quantity in order to feel irrigation lines, due to well specific plot points which have not yet been uncovered.

The events are already linked in the plot post as they go up so that they're easily accessible.
