Now I get it! Thank you -- sorry, somehow I missed it was the OOC plot page, not the IC plot page/discussions the you were drawing from. Kon's plot point was shared ICly, but not on the plot page which explains why it wasn't included.
If you don't mind, I'd really like it to be included with the doc! The plot clue I received was:
Kon would find a very short article explaining that the American government banned genetic testing on all living things in 2010. A further article would say that in 2011 the American government was abolished and the Yao Corporation ‘liberated’ their people to take charge, as well as overturned their ban on genetic testing. All senators mysteriously went missing and rumors began that Dr. Kite had begun human experimentation.
