Hello everyone! Tempest here, back in the game, this time with this blink-and-you'd-have-missed-him wonder, Brock Rumlow from Captain America: the Winter Soldier.

Basic rundown is that he's a highly-trained soldier who does a pretty alright job of pretending not to be sadistic bastard, working for the good of the team, pretty amiable on most days, etc etc, but is in fact kind of a cold-blooded killer with no moral compunctions whatsoever. Think Navy SEAL gone dark side, and you're close enough.
