+1 (mostly former) serial killer

HI ALL. This is Alsie (aka Zero Kiryuu/instrumented), here with a second character: Sai, from the manga Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro — To sum it up, he's an innocent brat who totally wouldn't hurt a f- Okay, more of a murderous brat, who can go from playful and even friendly, to a manic killer, and one of the three main antagonists in the series. He likes cutting people open to see their insides, and has a rather grotesque signature of killing which he calls Red Boxes. 8)

More importantly, he can shape-shift into anyone he sees even once, and because of his canon point (post-death), he can read minds and even memories/relationships. However I plan to not use this too much (sans maybe people from his world), as it's pretty hax.

But most important- his brain systematically wipes its memories, in a constant metamorphosis, mostly due to how he can shape-shift. He doesn't remember even things from just as recent as few months ago (and originally didn't recall even things like his real name, age, appearance, etc)- So he can come off as an airhead, and fails at remembering fine details, especially.

HEY HEY. Yeah, for most of the series Sai really does like cutting people open (it's justified, really /unsure), but since Haven really doesn't have much of an NPC community, killing won't happen much/if at all. He's definitely still a brat, though. 8')

Anyway, this will be amazing, I just know it.
