this is Kawakami Bansai, also from GINTAMA. he's a musician, a musical producer, an assassin, and i guess also a terrorist wanted by the bakufu for upholding extremist radical agendas. most importantly, he's trash. just trash.

almost as importantly, he's got this weird thing where he hears a person's soul in the form of song. so if cr happens, you can bet i'll be asking you a ton of really weird musical-themed questions.
