Hello, Havenites! Please don't eat me. My name's Lambency and I'm bringing to your Hel--er, city yet another non-human robot-y thing. His name is Lumine, assigned to apartment #25.2, and he hails from the same canon as your friendly neighbourhood robot shonen hero Axl, that delightful crapsack world of Megaman X. Er. He's usually fairly neutral or offering small, not generally always genuine, smiles, and he likes to pick at and on people's brains.
He'd be sweet, probably, if we weren't still questioning if he has or hasn't lost his mind. Uh.
He also might've been a one-shot antagonist...?
