Well, howdy, strangers!

My name is Kelly and this attractive man I'm bringing to Haven is known by most as The Governor.

A little bit about Philip Blake: He's known as The Governor and that's probably what most people in Haven will know him as, not a fan of giving out his real name (but never say never). He comes from a little town named Woodbury, right out of the zombie apocalypse... And he pretty much runs the show there. Iron fist, very cruel, not a good person... But he's absolutely delightful, a nice guy to your face, very welcoming and hospitable, acts like he genuinely gives a damn about your well being. So, just know that on the surface, he cares. He really, truly cares.

But, underneath that pleasant exterior he doesn't actually give a single fuck about you or your cause.

He'll be in room #4.007 with a lovely little roommate, Yuna Akashi.

You know you need a Merle sort. Or at least someone who lurks about, challenging on mental levels. Would the Governor be interested in someone who has a virus in them that can cause zombification but not die/become a Biter/Walker from it?
