Surprise Event Post!
This is just for any character who has been spending a consistent amount of time in the library, who may be finding clues.
If your character has been researching in the library the vast majority of the last four days, please comment to this entry. This is so every character who has been trying hard can have a chance to find something, and I don't miss any out by accident on an OOC level.
Please be honest about how much time your character will have/has realistically spent book trawling, and fill in the following form to comment here. Some people may find the same info, depending where they look.

Which part of the library have they spent the most time in? Non-fiction (second floor) for upwards of several hours on and off over the course of two days. Most of the effort was made in an attempt to find anything from home, and to figure out why she could read English and Chinese but others could not.

Journal:
Which part of the library have they spent the most time in? Non-fiction, he's been reading as many books as possible, and has spent most of his time there reading most of the books he could get his hands on. Probably 75% of the time. He really only left to sleep and to go to one of the convenience stores.

Which part of the library have they spent the most time in? He spent the first half of the first day attempting to get the computers to work, but gave up and then went to hole up in the non-fiction section for the rest of the week. :( He did spend half a day in the fiction section reading a few much-loved kids books from his childhood
shut up it's canonbut otherwise, he was a happy non-fiction goer.no subject

Can they read Chinese: It's canon that he can read and speak Japanese, Latin, and who knows what else. Chinese in particular? It wouldn't surprise me, but I can't say for sure!

Which part of the library have they spent the most time in? Several hours in fiction, and he took out a lot of books from non-fiction. Mostly things like mechanical engineering, computer, design, architecture, electronics, etc. Basically anything on how to make things work. It's as many as he could carry at once, so about... eight books?
He also made off with one fictional book, a book of fairy tales from home.

Which part of the library have they spent the most time in? He would have been in the non-fiction section, specifically the historical newspapers if the library had them.

Can they read Chinese: Yep!
Which part of the library have they spent the most time in? Non-fiction, things like religion, history, science, geography, looking especially for things that are just different from what he knows. He'd have spent time messing with the computers, too, but he'd stick to books once he realized that was useless.

Which part of the library have they spent the most time in? She'd probably spend a lot of time with the fiction books, but it's also been pointed out that this is a good opportunity to find information, so she'd be looking around here and there in the non-fiction, too. When there's not much coming up, though, she'd go back to the fiction for a bit.
