You know what a place made of trauma and paranoia really needs? More CLAMP characters.
Meet Fai of Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle fame! He's a magician by trade and a cheerful sort of fellow who enjoys teasing and flopping on people with too much personal space. You can trust him to be completely responsible and never to lie, kill or get minors drunk. This is totally why I made his items three bottles of sake.
In more relevant news, he's been stashed in apartment #4.005 and he'll be dodging the hell out of in-person meeting anybody who has really strong magical powers. So yes, good times! Tell me about your magic pings, Haven. :|b
